Terms & Conditions

Children’s rates apply for children between 6 and 11 years old. Students must carry identification. Resident nationals must carry ID or certificate of residence. Lunch included for children 6-12 years old. Lunch for kids under 6 years: $10.00 each. Transportation for children under 6 years: 1st and 2nd free, 3rd and up: $16.00 each. We request that the client or the guide present ORIGINAL proof of purchase (available on the email sent after reservation) at the entrance of the tour.

Cancellation Policies

Reservations can be cancelled up to 24 hours in advance at no charge. If cancellation is made fewer than 24 hours in advance, no refunds will be given.

For Groups and Special Events

Reservations can be canceled up to 72 hours before the event free of charge. Cancellations up to 48 hours in advance will be charged 50% of the total reservation. Cancellations with fewer than 48 hours’ notice will be charged 100% of the reservation.

For Tour Guides and Drivers

Please present your courtesy ticket for the tour.

Lunch:: A complementary lunch is provided for every 8 passengers on board. If fewer than 8 passengers are on board, a service charge of $11.00 per lunch is charged.

Please be on time: If you arrive from 1 to 29 minutes late, we do not guarantee that the tour can be completed. A late arrival of 30 minutes or more may cause the tour to be cancelled and/or incur additional charges.
